right word
is the difference
between
lightning and a lightning
bug."

When Peggy was a young girl, her mother taught Peggy and each of her five sisters how to sew. Throughout her childhood, Peggy made her own clothes along with a host of other creative sewing projects under the guidance of her mom. Peggy is sure that as her mother took great pleasure in seeing her daughters' creations back then, she still smiles down on them even today.
After high school, Peggy earned a Bachelor's degree in home ecomomics education, which included coursework in textiles and patternmaking. She also earned a degree in food and nutrition. And in the years since college, Peggy has made good use of her home economics knowledge in caring for her own family.
Peggy cultivated the art of vestment making by experience — taking apart, mending and re-stitching an array of traditional Catholic vestments.
Today, Peggy is a masterful craftswoman who understands both the skills and the art of sewing.
